Children Welcome in all areas any time, we have high chairs, baby changing facilities & a games box!At this venue do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 & under 25's must show valid ID.
Accessibility - There is ample parking either side of the building & a ramp on the step to the side door but unfortunately the toilets are not fully wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable.
Tapas & Burgers - At The Black Horse we have an informal approach to dining, Our tapas menu is designed for sharing, alongside this we have a selection of burgers (all of which can also be made vegetarian) as well as weekly specials. Food served until 8pm Wednesday-Saturday & until 3:30pm on Sundays.
Seasonal& Local- We change our tapas menu with the seasons & use local suppliers including Highgate Butchers in Willingham& The Saffron Ice Cream Company in Saffron Walden.
No Need To Book - However if you would like to make a reservation please call 01954 583835. If your group is larger than 6 we do advise that you call ahead so we can put tables together!

With great sadness we will soon be waving goodbye to our chef Seb as he leaves us to travel South America.
We are looking for someone with experience in a professional kitchen to join our small team. An important part of the role is menu development, this includes devising weekly specials and planning new tapas dishes to reflect the seasons.
