We have a great selection of bar snacks, including homemade sausage rolls & other savoury pastries using meat from Highgate Butchers in Willingham. All of our cakes are made with free-range eggs from a local farm. Vegan & Gluten Free options also available, just ask at the bar

We use Flying Coffee Company, based in Cambridgeshire, for our beans & Tea Pigs in our teapots. All of our ice creams & sorbets are handmade in Saffron Walden by the Saffron Ice Cream Company

Sustainability
At The Black Horse we use local suppliers & sustainable products wherever possible in all areas of our business. From small batch spirits to ecological cleaning solutions. We give all of our green waste to a local person in the village for composting, which they give back to us to use in our pollinator friendly garden. This year we are also rewilding the edges of the carpark.
